Mission Statement

Halloe & Associates, Incorporated is here to serve the imediate needs of Victims of Domestic Violence in the Houston Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), Chambers, Waller, Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, Liberty and Montgomery Counties & Puerto Rico through core services: support groups, transitional housing, court advocacy, transportation, advocacy, referrals to  community resources and to support change through legislation that will end domestic violence toward women and their dependent children in Texas and worldwide.

Furthermore halloe & Associates will work diligently to change societal attitudes which condone violence toward women through public education programs.

 

 

 

Services
Our services include: HIV Testing, Care & Treatment (U.S. & Africa), Life skills Classes, Crisis Counseling, HIV Prevention Counseling, Conflict Resolution, Mediation (Parent/s & Child/ren), Support Groups (i.e.Veterans, Youth, Families, Ex-Offenders, Substance Abuse, HIV/AIDS infected individuals, Rape Survivors), Youth Programs (i.e. Mentoring, Under-Aged Drinking Education & Prevention, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, Abstinence Advocacy, Safe Education, College/ Career Planning, Goal Setting & Money Management), Anger Management, Faith Based Counseling, Parenting Classes, Etiquette Classes (e.g. Job Interview, Social & Dinning), Dietetic Services (Seniors), Food via delivery service(Homeless, Seniors & Children), Business Start Up Classes (Women on Welfare).
Halloe & Associates, Incorporated is wholly dependent on donations, grants, and volunteer services for detailed,
practical, and feasible proposals. We seek your support through sponsorship and/or grant funding to our objective of
bringing focus and appeal to the low and middle income communities in the Houston metropolitan area.
